When to Apply
West Highland Christian Academy encourages new families to begin the application process as soon as possible. The application must be completed and supplemental application forms completed and turned into the school office. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 must be submitted with each application.
How to Apply
The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our Online Application. Parents then have a tool for tracking the status of their admission online, after their application has been submitted.
Creating an Online Application
To begin the Online Application process, select Create an Account from the menu above.
Then log into your account and Create A New Student Application for each new student. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open applications.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, and monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms.

We Look Forward to Meeting You
If you have not already done so, please consider making an appointment to visit our school. We would very much like to meet you and let you tour our school and campus. Also, please consider scheduling a Shadow Day for your student. Spending a day shadowing a current student is the best way to see the daily life at West Highland.
